We offer several different types of coaching based on your organization’s needs. Executive Coaching is intended to enhance on-the-job performance in areas such as leadership, strategic execution, and change management. Clients are usually corporate executives and/or business owners. Performance Enhancement Coaching is intended for high-performing, high-potential leaders. It is a means of retaining and developing key talent while increasing their value and contributions within the organization.
